Smile Like You are in Love.
You know what I am talking about. That smile you often see in people.
The stupid smile. That smile that makes you smile yourself. Or that smile plastered in a person's face when he/she is in love.
Do that as an instant mood booster. Whenever you are stressed and restraining yourself to smack that low IQ person that cannot understand what you have clearly explained.
Force a smile until it becomes real.
Smile like that beautiful actress or that handsome actor. Smile until your jaw hurts.
Just do it! It never fails to lighten and shift your emotional mood from negative to positive.
