I’m Ton. I’m a 31 year old father from the Philippines. I am a Certified Public Accountant and
Certified Internal Auditor. But just like you, I am still learning about
personal finance and investing in the stock market.
I am married to a drama queen who writes in her blog Head Over Heels Mom.
We are blessed with two adorable kids named Theo and Tobey.
My Take
My only recollection of learning personal finance from home
is my mom constantly reminding me to save money in the bank. Incidentally, she
worked for a bank in her more than 35 work experience.
With a very small interest I am getting from my savings
account, I decided to scour the internet. From that I learned how to open a
mutual fund and invest in the stock market. I am not a guru but realized it is
difficult to start if you are a newbie. That’s the reason I decide to blog. To
write down my thoughts and hopefully help someone who is like me “searching for
answers”
Also, I am very much interested in learning more about
getting rich, personal development and I love motivational quotes. For these
reason, my posts revolve around this topic.
