running thoughts

Thoughts are running again.

and i can't catch any of then

all i see is blur in my head

where i am left with this fast thought of emptiness

i can't focus

i can't concentrate

i worry about worrying

about things that i can't control.

i look forward to things i should not be looking forward into.

coz they'll come even if i don't want to.
