is stress similar with risk?

i've been told during a risk management seminar that higher risk may mean higher profit or higher losses.

so if you want to earn big, you have to take risk.

now, is stress similar with risk?

Do we always have to be in an stressful environment to earn that higher profits?

i've been told that i'll have more returns if i moved from being an employee to being an employer.

but then again, it means an added risk.

anyway, i think this is just stress

Thoughts are running again.

and i can't catch any of then

all i see is blur in my head

where i am left with this fast thought of emptiness

i can't focus

i can't concentrate

i worry about worrying

about things that i can't control.

i look forward to things i should not be looking forward into.

coz they'll come even if i don't want to.
